Book our facilities at AVT Business School the next time you are planning a meeting, a product presentation, in-house training or a facilitated process with your management team. We believe that the success of any event depends on: the program, the location, the venues, the facilities, the food and the surroundings.

An executive environment for meetings
You will find a very efficient environment where you can concentrate on your meeting or presentation without any interference. Our Meeting Packages all include the use of the AV equipment in the rooms: A large flat-screen for powerpoint projections, whiteboards and free, wireless internet.

For larger meetings the Meeting Facilities is all yours
For meetings with more than 20 participants, you will be the only group at AVT Business School while the meeting lasts, leaving you free to use all the facilities: the auditorium, the two executive meeting rooms and the seven group rooms as well as the lounge, library and buffet areas.

Lounges and kitchen area
You are welcome to use the lounge, the library and the kitchen areas for breaks in your meeting. You can also use the group rooms, or the lounge or library, if you need to break into smaller groups for discussions during your meeting.

In-room refreshments
You will find freshly brewed coffee and fresh ice water as well as a small selection of fruit in your meeting room upon arrival. A larger selection of refreshments are available from the kitchen area.

Availability of meeting rooms
Auditorium:                              up to 46 people.
Kingʼs Room:                             up to 10 people.
Queenʼs Room:                         up to 8 people.
Group Rooms (7 rooms):    up to 5 people in each group room.
