Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Global Management

To say that management is going global may be the understatement of the decade. You can never learn enough about how to function efficiently in the global village. The Advanced Diploma in Global Management is an intensive executive program that covers key topics and management disciplines from a global perspective.
The Program takes place in Monaco over three visits
The program takes place in Monaco and is a joint program by the International University of Monaco and AVT Business School. You visit Monaco in September, October and November and at each visit you complete two two-day modules of the ADipGM.
Then you work from home in the last three months, writing your Global Management project paper.

Monaco is an international hotspot with a global flavour
The programs at the International University of Monaco are known for their global flavour, both in faculty and students – the MBA for example typically has participants from 40+ countries. Participants in the Advanced Diploma in Global Management program will be immersed in global issues through working with participants from all parts of the globe and will benefit from the experience of professors well versed in global challenges.

The Program Duration is Six Months
The program duration is six months, the first three months with two days of classroom education per topic. The last three months of the program you work from home on your project paper with a global management focus.
The program requires a total of 200 study hours.
After successful completion of the ADipGM you will become an Executive Scholar at the International University of Monaco and AVT Business School.

The program is a practical program; it covers tools and theories you can use in your working life.
The program consists of six topics all taught at MBA level and includes a final project in global management. The program will be taught by leading professors in each topic. The topics covered include:
