The average age on this class is 39.4 years and the average experience is 17.6 years. That is a very mature group. And that is a great strength as most of the learning comes from comparing cases and theory to your own experience - and to discuss and reflect with the other participants.
Ambition and drive is the common denominator
So, we clearly want you to have experience, ambitions and drive.
But, as you can see from the various charts on this page, we strive to have diversity on our classes - in terms of age, experience, educational backgrounds and industries.
It just happens that our programs appeal to the experienced executive who wants to discuss leadership and business with his and her peers.
