Carlsberg Live Case

The "live case" is being introduced in class.
MBA Class 2010 are working on a longitudinal project about Globally Responsible Leadership together with Carlsberg Group.

The project involves the development and writing of so-called "live cases" which are cases describing current challenges that Carlsberg Group faces in it's decision-making or in it's planning of new CSR initiatives.
The class prepare their recommendations to Carlsberg in their study groups prior to each course, and a synopsis is written and sent to the relevant managers at Carlsberg - who then studies the responses and come to class to conduct a discussion and give feedback.
This project brings the "real world" into class and effectivly shows the challenge in bringing a good idea from theory to practice in a multi-cultural and diverse world.
As such the process is highly appreciated by the MBA participants and a lot of effort is put into the preparations and the discussions.

The Carlsberg representative makes his case for the class.
