Leadership and Organizational Behavior
In an increasingly complex, dynamic and competitive marketplace, leaders must strategically manage their most valuable and underutilized resource — human resources. This module focuses on the leadership and organizational behavior that exists on the “human side of the enterprise.”
The module emphasizes the importance of aligning formal and informal workforce development and engagement practices with the core competencies and key strengths required for extraordinary performance in organizations. We will also highlight the strategic advantage that results from integrating diversity and talent management into organizational structures, routines, and culture.
The module will draw upon established frameworks, best practices, empirical findings, and participants’ experiences to deepen insight and build capacity for effective talent management in diverse organizations.
