With Professor Marianne Toftegaard Poulsen
This course takes a deeper look at innovation best practice (IBP), with a particular emphasis on innovation as a strategy. Through readings, exercises, lectures and case work we gain an understanding of how to develop and implement an innovation strategy in an existing organization.
We explore organizational enablers and barriers of innovation and develop a framework for driving the right breakthrough innovative behavior throughout the organization. We also look at how to integrate/separate incremental and breakthrough innovation processes.
