Donald Kieffer, BS Electrical Engineering
Don is a Senior Lecturer in Operations Management at Sloan School of Business, MIT in Boston. He is also the Managing Partner at the Milwaukee Consulting Group, where he is implementing sustainable, company-wide improvement with a special focus on coaching executives.
Don has a profound operational background with more than 15 years at Harley Davidson in Product Development, Powertrain Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement, serving as a VP and member of the executive team. He also served as Sr. VP of Operations at Intermatic, where he led manufacturing, logistics, engineering, and purchasing in North America and Asia.
With more than 35 years of experience in operations Don is indeed well founded teaching Operations Management on the CBA at AVT Business School.
