Thomas H. Davenport, Ph.D.

Thomas is a Professor in Information Technology and Management at Babson College. He is a widely published author and acclaimed speaker and consultant on the topics of business analytics, process management, information and knowledge management, reengineering, enterprise systems, and electronic business and markets. At AVT Business School he teaches Advanced Information-Based Decision-Making & Analytics at the AMP.

In 2003 he was named one of the world’s “Top 25 Consultants” by Consulting magazine. In 2005 he was named one of the top 3 “Business/Technology Analysts” in the world by Optimize magazine. In 2007 he was named one of the 100 most influential people in the information technology industry by Ziff-Davis magazines, and was the highest-ranked business academic.
