Stepping Up To Management
This course is specifically designed to help newly promoted managers realize immediate success.
This is an insightful online program that provides new managers with concepts and tools to make sense of their new roles, manage and cultivate relationships, organize specific tasks required on the job, and work with their supervisors to become truly effective managers.

Distance Learning and Project Paper
This module require 15 hours of work as distance learning over the internet. The program is taught at the same level as an MBA program.
After you have completed the e-learning module content, you will be asked to write a project paper based on a case relating to Stepping up to Management. The project paper will require 15 hours of work.
As part of this module you will also have a one- hour Skype session with one of the AVT leadership professors in order for you to clarify and discuss any issues and prepare for the project paper writing.
Tuition fee
The price of this module is 8.750 DKK+VAT, which includes e-learning, 1 hour Skype session and grading and feedback on project.
